It is Dr Dykema’s policy that all patients having lab or tests performed contact our office to receive their results. We do not contact patients on normal results unless we have received a call from you. Routine Received Reports Routine Bloodwork    1 day Special Bloodwork    1 week HIV and STD Tests  .1 week Pap Tests                  1-2 weeks Cultures                    1 week Mammograms             1 week Routine X-ray           .2 days Special X-ray            1 week CT Scans and MRIs   1 week Bone Density Scans   1 week If your results should have been received by our office, please call our office and provide us with the following information. Your name or the Patient’s name The Patient’s Date of Birth A phone number(s) where we can reach you if we have questions The type of test performed, such as bloodwork or xray of the arm The name of the place that performed the test If we have received your report, we will return your call within 24 business hours. If we have not received your report, we will need to contact the facility where your testing was done, and wait for them to send us your report. Lab and test results are only available during our regular office hours and cannot be accessed after hours, on weekends or during holidays and vacations.
