EAT 3

  • 3 Balanced meals/day + 3 snacks/day
  • Eat organic foods as much as possible
  • Eliminate processed and Fast Foods
  • If it comes in a box, can or bag, it's processed!
  • Eliminate white sugar and white flour and white salt foods
  • Never skip meals or snacks

DRINK 8

  • 8 eight ounce glasses of water daily

SLEEP 8

  • 8 hours of sleep starting at 10PM or earlier

  • White meat, chicken, turkey, tuna, fish, eggs
  • Oat bran cereal or oatmeal daily
  • Colorful and natural fruits and vegetables
  • A variety of organic nuts with light sea salt
  • Healthy oils such as olive oil and coconut oil
  • Celtic sea salt

MONITOR

  • Progress monthly by changes in inches
  • Make your target goal a pant size, not a weight
  • Toss away your scale
  • Log your daily food, drink and exercise
